It was broken in F3 as you were unable to be seen ever, which was fun but game breaking.
I waited a year for this game even bought the collectors edition guide I feel you owe me this one. I can take the no music but bad music and the no poker in a RPG with 10 casinos even the kiddie game of go fish, but breaking the Chinese stealth armor was just mean do you hate your fans ? This sux who ever decided this should be fired or at least made to lick used toilets. I was so disappointed I almost quit the game for good.
Imagine my surprise that when I got the two Chinese armor stealth suits they only added 5 % to my stealth, Oh but it get worse ! then I try to use then and guess what ! If you get caught while wearing Chinese stealth Armor the person catching you takes your armor ! WTF. I had it all planned out me and Boone a pair of silenced sniper rifles killing baddies at our leisure.
